DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY IN COOPERATION WITH POLISH ASSOCIATION OF PSYCHOLOGY OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT HOSTS NATIONWIDE MID-YEAR SEMINAR

Family and individual contexts of human development – this is the topic of the Mid-Year Scientific Seminar, co-hosted by the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Social Sciences together with the Polish Association of Psychology of Human Development. Participation in the Seminar has been announced by psychologists representing scientific centres from all over Poland - members of the Polish Association for Psychology of Human Development. The meeting will be a unique opportunity to discuss and reflect on the processes of human development from childhood to late adulthood.

The subject of the seminar focuses on current and important contemporary issues: factors influencing parental relationships, the wave of transsexualism in adolescents, determinants of assertive competences of adults and determinants of the well-being of people playing the family and social role of grandparents. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the adaptation of the Trigger Warning Attitudes Scale. The seminar will be held on March 6 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in an online mode.
