FOR APPLICANTS - INTERNATIONAL OFFER
Horizon Europe
It is the 9th Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, scheduled for 2021-2027, with a record budget of around €95.5 billion. Each subsequent programme is a continuation of the previous ones, but also contains updates resulting from changing social, economic and ecological conditions. In the new programme, the segment intended for entrepreneurs has been expanded, great emphasis has been placed on counteracting the harmful effects of climate change and – which is very beneficial for Poland – a wide range of instruments supporting the equalisation of opportunities for member states (the so-called widening) has been proposed.

Getting started in the Horizon Europe Framework Programme – a short guide
Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (Horizon Europe) programme supports researchers at different stages of their careers by funding research and training in both Europe and non-European countries. The programme enables institutions participating in MSCA projects to develop their staff by employing researchers from abroad and participating in international research and training projects. MSCA projects can be carried out in any scientific discipline and concern basic and implementation research. The basic requirement is the development of a scientific career through international mobility of researchers. Researchers (of any nationality and from any country) must be eligible to start doctoral studies/start doctoral proceedings. They may not be employed by any institution at the time of applying for the grant. An academic degree determines the possibility of applying in one of the 4 types of projects dedicated to them.
