INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP EXCHANGE OF PHD STUDENTS AND ACADEMIC STAFF
The aim of the project is to create a mechanism of financial support for scholarship exchange programmes addressed to PhD students and academic staff. These programmes will enable students to take part in short forms of education (lasting from 5 to 30 days), the aim of which is to improve competences and qualifications. The project will contribute to improving the availability of international education programmes and increase the mobility of staff both in terms of mobility of representatives of Polish universities and scientific institutions abroad, as well as visits of scholarship holders to Poland, including people from outside the EU.
The project runs from January 2018 to March 2021.

Recruitment process PL
During the recruitment process for the project, the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination are observed, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, combating social exclusion and discrimination, and intergenerational solidarity. These principles stem from the main horizontal policies of the European Union and are reflected both in national legislation and in Community law. The main criteria for recruitment are the scientific potential of the applied applications and the legitimacy of the choice of the activity and the target host centre, and not the age, gender, origin, beliefs, views or sexual orientation of the candidates. In order to combat gender stereotypes, we make every effort to ensure that both men and women take part in the project.
