University laboratories of knowledge and experience. Development of qualifications and competences of the teaching staff at JDU.

The aim of the project is to improve the competences of the teaching staff of Jan Dlugosz University and doctoral students from the JDU Doctoral School in the scope of their competences: didactic (related to modern methods and methodology of education), digital and for the green transformation through: domestic or foreign study visits, organisation of an internal network of teachers' cooperation, academic laboratories and a catalyst for the potential of doctoral students.

Thanks to the implementation of the project, the following results will be achieved: 

- obligatory improvement of competences by the teaching staff of JDU and JDU doctoral students (teaching, digital and in the field of green transformation),

- development of a network of cooperation of the teaching staff of JDU for the benefit of professional development in the field of academic didactics.

Total amount of eligible expenditure: PLN 1,361,304.00

The main objective of the project is to raise awareness of the issues of accessibility and universal design, to increase practical knowledge in this area and to prepare for the implementation of elements of universal design in study programmes. The project will be implemented in 2021-2023.

The result of the project is to improve the didactic competences of the University staff in the area of universal design so as to ensure high quality of education for students of various faculties in this area.

A development programme with the creation of a mono-profile CSM in the field of nursing at JDU in Czestochowa.

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality, efficiency and conditions of education of students at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa participating in the process of practical education through the implementation of a development programme for the university and the creation of a monoprofile medical simulation centre in the field of nursing.

The project envisages:

- creation of a mono-profile CSM- construction works

- equipment for a mono-profile CSM- purchase of medical equipment

- additional classes and trainings for students of nursing

- training and internships for the staff of the nursing faculty

The result of the planned activities will be the improvement of competences of JDU students in the field of nursing full-time first-cycle studies at JDU.
