UNIVERSITY CELEBRATION DAY

We invite the academic community and friends of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa to the celebration of the University Day, which will take place on May 27 at 12.00 in the Auditorium Maximum (building at 4/8 Waszyngtona). During the ceremony, many important events are planned. One of them will be the ceremonial awarding of the title of doctor honoris causa to prof. Bronisław Sitek, one of the most outstanding Polish lawyers specialising in Roman law, including Roman public and municipal law, relations between nations and relations between institutions of power, and the position of the individual understood in terms of contemporary civilizational dilemmas, including relations between nations and relations between people and the environment.
