Development of qualifications and competences of the teaching staff at JDU". This project is co-financed by the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021-2027 subsidised by the European Social Fund Plus. The initiative undertaken at our University is the result of a successful participation in the competition of the National Centre for Research and Development entitled "Development of qualifications and competences of teaching staff". It is worth noting that out of 120 applications, the above-mentioned project received a positive opinion and took as much as 8th place on the ranking list of 21 proposals accepted for financing! The amount allocated for the implementation of the project is PLN 1,361,304. The activities undertaken as part of the project will be addressed to 60 representatives of the teaching staff and 10 doctoral students of JDU. Its implementation is planned for the years 2024–2026 and will include: building an internal network of cooperation between the teaching staff of JDU (through hosting Education Days at JDU, academic supervision and peer tutoring), organising study visits and academic laboratories to improve teaching, digital and green transformation competences, as well as a catalyst for the potential of doctoral students allowing to participate in cross-age tutoring and internships. The project activities are related to the Didactic Excellence project implemented in 2022/2023. The project activities will be undertaken by a team consisting of: dr Adrianna Sarnat-Ciastko (project leader), dr Anna Irasiak and dr Katarzyna Zalas (deputies).
