"WELCOME TO JDU/ВІТАЄМО В UJD"- MOBILE APP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS 

 

We encourage foreigners staying at our university to use the mobile application, which is currently available in the Google Play store, and soon also in the App Store. The application includes information to facilitate acclimatization at the university and in the region, maps with important or interesting locations, access to the USOS system, a glossary of useful phrases and expressions in Polish. The application user can use the communicator – the question will be answered by a Welcome Centre staff member. The information and operation of the application are available in two language versions: English and Ukrainian.

The application was created as part of a project co-financed by the European Funds implemented by Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa: "Accessible University. A programme to support organisational changes and improve the competences of staff in the field of disability at JDU". Project implementation period: 2020-2023. As part of the project, the Department for Research & International Relations has also prepared a video footage presenting JDU and acclimatization brochures in English and Ukrainian available in the International Cooperation/Information materials tab.
