JDU REPRESENTATIVE AT 2. MEETING OF "NETWORKING IN ERASMUS+ INNHUB" SERIES IN KATOWICE

On September 26, 2024, a representative of the Department for International Cooperation, mgr Illia Kulchikovskyi, took part in the second meeting of the "Networking in Erasmus+ InnHUB" series. The meeting took place in the CNTI building of the University of Economics in Katowice. Representatives of Silesian universities who signed the agreement on cooperation to support Silesian innovations through the Erasmus+ programme were invited to the meeting.

The meeting was also attended by schools and high schools actively implementing the Erasmus+ Programme, interested in cooperation with universities and educational institutions.

During the meeting, topics related to the possibilities of the eTwinning Programme for students and academic teachers were discussed, including good examples and practices, how future teachers can learn the principles of international cooperation between schools and kindergartens already at the stage of their studies. Participation in eTwinning activities already at the level of studies will allow for better preparation of teacher students for the implementation of future international projects.

Detailed information on the eTwinning Programme - https://etwinning.pl/ The Erasmus+ InnHUB Innovation Hubs, which have been operating since 2022 in 7 voivodeship cities, which are part of the constantly growing network of the Regional Cooperation Office at the National Agency for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, have become important points in Krakow, Katowice, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk, Opole and Wrocław. These are places that, thanks to their accessibility, have allowed for even better access with knowledge about the Erasmus+ programme to a wide audience. The Erasmus+ programme itself, strongly associated with education, supports cross-sectoral activities and it is the InnHUB Innovation Centres that become a catalyst for cooperation between schools, universities, local government units, non-governmental organisations, foundations and companies.
