LAW STUDENTS ARE HAPPY TO HELP

At the Faculty of Law and Economics, there is a Law Counselling Centre run by JDU students of law and administration. It provides free legal assistance. The office is located in the JDU building at Zbierskiego 2/4, room 3.19. The schedule with the office hours. The Centre itself has 34 members. In this academic year, students have divided the Service into the following sections: 
- criminal law section 
- civil law section 
- family law section 
- administrative law section 
- labour law section 

Each section has a coordinator, i.e. a person who "watches" over the correct resolution of the case and completion of formalities such as preparing a report from meetings or transferring the solution of the case to the petitioner. Since the beginning of the academic year, students have already received 3 cases which they are taking action on. In addition, members of the Counseling Centre helped in the organisation and participated in the simulation of mediation in the District Court in Częstochowa. The JDU Law Counselling Centre is made up of students who want to develop, gain experience and spread good by helping others.
