"FUNCTIONAL FOOD AND UNCONVENTIONAL DIETS" 10. NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE

On behalf of the Scientific and Organising Committee, we have the honour to invite to the 10th National Scientific Conference in the series FOOD - NUTRITION - DIETETICS on the topic: Functional food and unconventional diets. The main organiser of the conference is the Department of Dietetics and Food Research of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa, and the co-organisers are the Polish Society of Food Technologists and the Committee on Food Sciences and Nutrition of the Polish Academy of Sciences. 
The conference will take place on November 21-22, 2024 at Armii Krajowej 13/15.
We hope that everyone will find this topic interesting and respond positively to our invitation to the conference at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.
