NOBLE GIFT OF FACULTY OF LAW AND ECONOMICS

As Christmas is approaching, the staff of the Faculty of Law and Economics of Jan Dlugosz University once again actively joined the "Noble Gift" campaign. Thanks to the collected funds, it was possible to help a family in need – a single mother raising three children: two sons (8 and 12 years old) and an 18-year-old daughter. Thanks to the big hearts of our co-workers, we managed to collect an amount that allowed us to buy a bunk bed for the boys, two mattresses, food and cleaning products, shoes and clothes for four people, quilts, pillows, bedding, blankets, towels, cutlery, a backpack and school supplies, as well as Christmas gifts: a voucher for a drugstore, Lego bricks and a keyboard for a child. Some of the Faculty's employees donated gifts in kind, straighteners, trousers, or additional school supplies. 

The action was coordinated by: dr Michał Służalec, mgr Paweł Ruksza and dr Klaudia Kijańska.

According to the information provided by the volunteers, the family is very happy and grateful for the help provided to them. The boys prepared their own thank you cards. We wish the family a blessed and peaceful Christmas!!
