WHAT WILL 2025 STUDENT CARNIVAL BE LIKE? - TALKS HAVE ALREADY BEGUN

On January 17, 2025, an organisational meeting of representatives of two universities: the Częstochowa University of Technology and Jan Dlugosz University, as well as the City Hall in Częstochowa, was held at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa. The talks were devoted to preparations for this year's juwenalia. The aim of the meeting was to discuss key issues related to the organisation of the event, which is one of the most important elements of student and cultural life in the city. The largest group consisted of representatives of the Student Governments of both Universities, who have a direct impact on the programme of the event planned for May. During the event, the preliminary schedule of events, logistical issues, safety and promotion strategy were discussed. One of the main topics of discussion was also the financing of the event, including support from the City Hall and potential sponsors. All parties expressed their willingness to continue cooperation in order to jointly create an unforgettable event for students and residents of the city. Further meetings are planned in the near future to work out the details and monitor the progress of preparations. The organisers promise a rich programme that will be presented soon.
